AIS is pleased to announce that it has been named one of Central New York’s (CNY) Best Places to Work for 2020. This annual award, which AIS has received for two consecutive years, is given out by BizEventz in collaboration with The Business Journal News Network (BJNN) and Research & Marketing Strategies, Inc. (RMS).
AIS employees received an online survey from RMS earlier this year, requiring feedback on company culture, benefits, leadership and other areas of the company. The answers provided directly from employees put AIS on this year’s list of CNY Best Places to Work.
“As AIS continues to grow and evolve, we remain committed to our people and prioritize their needs with every decision we make,” said Charles Green, AIS’s President and Chief Executive Officer. “This award is not only evidence of our commitment to our employees, but evidence of their trust in us which is truly an honor.”
Headquartered in Rome, New York, AIS has expanded to ten offices across the United States. In 2019, AIS was selected as a Gem of Distinction by Gems Along the Mohawk and the Genesis Group, an award that recognizes businesses in the Mohawk Valley that shape the future of the region. In 2018, AIS placed #101 on Cybersecurity Ventures top 500 list of the world’s hottest and most innovative cybersecurity companies.
AIS offers its employees outstanding benefits including 100 percent employer-paid medical insurance, 401k retirement plans with an automatic 7 percent employer contribution, flexible hours and generous paid time off, tuition reimbursement, profit sharing and a casual work environment.
“Not only do we offer our employees incredible benefits, but we are constantly researching and implementing various initiatives to enhance their experience at AIS,” said Beth Bowers, Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President at AIS. “We are excited to receive the survey results and use our employees’ feedback to shape our efforts and ensure all of them feel heard.”
An award ceremony for the top winners will be held on September 16, 2020, at Traditions at the Links in Syracuse, New York.
