Adam Dailey

Adam Dailey is Vice President of Operations at AIS, where he leads operations across programs and business activities. In this role, he is responsible for program execution, financial performance, workforce development, customer engagement and strategic growth.

Dailey joined AIS in 2024 as Business Director of the Trusted Systems Business Unit, where he led programs and technologies supporting Department of War (DoW) and Intelligence Community (IC) customers across software, cybersecurity and cross-domain mission systems.

Prior to joining AIS, Dailey spent more than eight years with Booz Allen Hamilton. During his tenure, he supported Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), DoW and IC customers and served in roles including Principal Investigator, Program Manager and Chief Engineer. Throughout his career, Dailey has led teams responsible for developing and delivering mission-critical capabilities for national security customers, with a focus on strengthening program execution, developing future leaders, aligning technology investments with customer priorities and building trusted relationships across government and industry.

Dailey holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Science with a minor in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Oswego. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
