In order for AIS to engage with your agency to assist us with our staffing needs, it is necessary for us to have your written agreement on file to comply with our placement schedule and the requirements we have in working with recruiting agencies.

Please provide the data below to allow us to determine if your firm is a good fit for our company (all fields are required):

    In order to work with AIS, please review the following information and indicate your agreement by signing below: AIS is a federal contractor and as such, is subject to Executive Order 11246 to take affirmative action in all of our employment practices. Therefore, in accordance with our AAP responsibilities we expect you will seek out candidates that will assist us in meeting our AAP objectives and who are representative of all protected groups under our plan; minorities; females; veterans and the disabled. Further in compliance with Executive Order 13627 and AIS’s Policy to Combat Slavery and Human Trafficking, we expect all recruiters to seek employees who adhere to labor laws in accordance to where recruiting takes place; provide employees with a work document, if required; and notify their agents and employees of the anti-trafficking policy and potential repercussions for violations. All resumes/applications MUST be sent to Human Resources. Any resumes forwarded to departments other than Human Resources will be considered invalid. In addition, all candidates you present and whom AIS accepts as applicants must complete an online application with the company to be considered for the applicable position.
