Salvatore Paladino

Vice President of Strategic Accounts

Salvatore Paladino is Vice President of Strategic Accounts at AIS. In this role, Paladino leads enterprise-level relationships with key federal customers, aligning AIS capabilities with mission priorities and driving long-term account growth through strategic planning, complex solution development and contract expansion.

Paladino previously served as Director of Cyber Research and Development at AIS. Prior to joining AIS in 2013, he worked as a Technical Project Manager at ITT Advanced Engineering and Sciences and a Cybersecurity Analyst at Dolphin Technology.

Paladino has been published more than 15 times, testified before New York State judicial bodies as a cybersecurity expert and been formally recognized for his contributions to the missions of multiple agencies, including the Air Force, U.S. Secret Service and NAVWAR.

Paladino serves as president of the Erie Canal Chapter of AFCEA and is active in promoting STEM education in Central New York. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Utica University and an MBA from SUNY Polytechnic Institute. He has also served as an adjunct faculty member at Utica University since 2010.
