Internal Research and Development

The AIS Internal Research and Development (IRAD) Program is open to all engineers to enable networking, creativity and mentorship opportunities. The IRAD program allows engineers to receive funding from AIS to explore their ideas and discover the possibilities in emerging technologies. Oftentimes, this research results in patented and game-changing tools for our customers. This program is a true representation of our commitment to research, innovation and giving employees the autonomy required to pursue new ideas.
