AIS Attends 2019 Best Places to Work Awards Ceremony

AIS was pleased to attend the 2019 Best Places to Work Awards on Thursday, September 12, 2019, at Drumlins Country Club in Syracuse, New York. The ceremony recognized and celebrated Central New York’s leading employers that foster a great place to work. AIS received fourth place in its category of 100+ employees.

It was announced in May of this year that AIS was named one of Central New York’s (CNY) Top 40 Best Places to Work for 2019. This annual award is given out by BizEventz in collaboration with The Business Journal News Network (BJNN) and Research & Marketing Strategies, Inc. (RMS).

“Our employees are our most valuable asset,” said Charles Green, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at AIS. “Assuring they are taken care of and offering opportunities for growth and employee engagement will always be at the forefront of our decision making.”

Erin Bushinger, Senior Marketing and Communications Manager at AIS accepted the award on the company’s behalf.

“We are so proud to have been named one of Central New York’s Best Places to Work,” said Bushinger. “This recognition is a direct result of positive feedback from our employees which shows our dedication to fostering an innovative, fun environment where they can confidently build their careers.”

Headquartered in Rome, New York, AIS has expanded to ten offices across the United States and in 2018 placed #101 on Cybersecurity Ventures top 500 list of the world’s hottest and most innovative cybersecurity companies. AIS offers its employees top-notch benefits including 100 percent employer-paid medical insurance, 401k retirement plans with an automatic seven percent employer contribution, four weeks paid time off and ten paid holidays, flexible hours, 100 percent education tuition reimbursement and a casual work environment.
