Collaborating with AIS

We actively pursue R&D and technical support opportunities across the DoD and Intelligence Community. We staff positions within AFRL, Fort Meade, Lackland Air Force Base, DC3, the 55th Wing and other locations providing cyber R&D support, reverse engineering, software development, intelligence support, cyber forensics and training. We’re also currently contributing to multiple DARPA contracts. We’re always looking for new partnership and teaming opportunities, so please contact us to discuss a new opportunity.

Prime Contract Vehicles

ACT 3

AIS is a prime contractor for the Air Force Research Laboratory’s (AFRL) Information Directorate’s Agile Cyber Technology (ACT) 3 Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The objective of ACT 3 is to provide a focused and flexible rapid contracting vehicle for AFRL, other military Program Offices and the operational community to support rapid research, development, prototyping, demonstration, evaluation and transition of cyber capabilities. As part of the ACT 3 program, performers have a requirement to perform multiple activities necessary to achieve AFRL’s vision of cyber superiority.

AFLCMC Architecture and Integration Directorate (XA)

AIS is a prime contractor on the AFLCMC Architecture and Integration Directorate (XA) IDIQ (contract number FA868423DB029). The purpose of the XA IDIQ contract is for the development of innovative approaches that bring multi-domain systems capabilities, the characterization of new technologies and systems through studies, recurrent demonstration and rapid development to enable rapid prototyping, and test and capability transition.

AIS qualified to bid on task orders in all three category domains: Capability Development/Development Planning, Systems Development and Synthetic Environment Development.

The IDIQ ceiling is $900,000,000. Orders of $1,000 minimum up to a $900,000,000 maximum are allowed. The ordering period is open until 14 Nov 2027 with order-level performance expected to be completed by December 2032. Air Force Life Cycle Management, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, is the contracting activity.

SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort NxG)

AIS is a prime contractor for the SeaPort NxG IDIQ Multiple Award Contract (MAC). Performers on SeaPort NxG provide engineering and program management services to support Department of Navy (DON) mission areas and technical capabilities.

Subcontract Vehicles

Army R4
AIS is a subcontractor to ManTech on the Army R4 MAC. This 10-year, $982 million multi-awardee contract provides R&D support to the U.S. Army Program Executive Office Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors (PEO IEW&S). R4 supports cyber and electronic warfare research and technology development, studies and analyses, integration support, laboratory demonstrations, integrated systems development, testing, performance verification, fabrication, logistics, technical support services and cybersecurity.

GSM-O II
AIS is a subcontractor to Leidos on the DISA Global Solutions Management – Operations II contract. GSM-O II is a single award contract designed to provide a full global operations and sustainment solution to support the Department of Defense Information Network/Defense Information System Network (DODIN/DISN), under the direction of the DISA’s Infrastructure Executive, for both DoD and non-DoD entities. As one of DISA’s premiere contract vehicles, GSM-O II also provides IT services addressing the evolving agency initiatives to support the DoD, federal agencies and the intelligence community.
