Community involvement, volunteering and doing the right thing are key components of the AIS culture and we believe they’re essential for building strong and resilient communities. Every year, we’re proud to support many charitable organizations through sponsorships, donations and events, and our employees also donate their time volunteering to causes near and dear to them.
I’m on the board for the United Way of the Mohawk Valley, an organization whose mission I believe in whole heartedly. AIS supports and encourages my involvement with the United Way as well as the many other organizations our staff volunteer with. During my time at AIS, I’ve come to learn about so many amazing causes through our employees.
Whether we’re supporting a hackathon, a science fair, a hockey game that benefits veterans or hosting a blood drive, we jump at the chance to engage with the community and we’re grateful to have incredible employees who do as well.
Our goal is to help create a secure future for our customers, employees and communities, both in the work we do and in the ways we engage with others to make positive change. In 2022, we donated to more than 30 organizations including the American Red Cross, Sleep in Heavenly Peace, Hospice & Palliative Care, Feed Our Vets, Advent of Code and so many more.
