----Assured Information Security, Inc. contributes 7% of each employees annual salary to each individual's 401k account regardless of employee participation in 401k
----Assured Information Security, Inc. will begin contribution to 401k four weeks from employee's start date.
----Vesting schedule - employees are 100% vested in the 401k program immediately upon creation of their account.
- Four weeks of paid vacation per year. Employee can accumulate up to a maximum of 8 weeks. Vacation is accrued. Sell back policy of two weeks vacation per year at the discretion of the President and Vice President.
- 9 Federal Holidays are observed plus the day after thanksgiving (10 total). If the Federal government adds an official holiday, Assured Information Security, Inc. will observe that holiday as well (for example, some years Federal Employees are given the day before or day after Christmas off)
- Ten days of annual sick leave. Sick leave cannot be accumulated. Sick leave begins on the first calendar day of each year
- $500 Health Club or fitness club allowance. Assured Information Security, Inc. will reimburse the employee for up to $500 per year to join one health or fitness club.
- Performance bonuses - no scheduled or fixed amount - solely at the discretion of the President & Vice President of the company. Performance Bonuses are generally reflected from an end of year performance assessment conducted in December each year.
- Cell phone, Pager, Internet or other approved services for employees, based on employer requirements. Generally, Assured Information Security, Inc. employees are required and approved for Cell Phone and Internet Service ($50 reimbursement allowance each per month cell phone or pager, $60 for internet)
- Employer paid Life Insurance policy. Policy has a guaranteed issue of $500,000 no Evidence of Insurability required. Participation will begin on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.
- Company paid Short Term Disability.
- Company paid Supplemental Short Term Disability.
- Company paid Long Term Disability.
