our history
Assured Information Security, Inc. was founded in 2001 as a software company focused on research elements of critical Air Force and DoD cyber technology requirements. In this capacity, AIS, Inc. personnel staffed and operated the Adversarial Science Laboratory within the Information Warfare Branch, Air Force Research Laboratory, pursuing all aspects of Cyber Operations.
Over the ensuing years, AIS, Inc. grew to become a leader in this highly dynamic and emerging technology, supporting several customers across the federal government. By the end of 2005, AIS, Inc. had operating locations in New York and Oregon. In January 2006, AIS, Inc. took occupancy of new research facilities in Rome, NY, and continues to staff key customer locations. We are pursuing expansion opportunities across the United States.
Through our affiliation with the military, AIS, Inc. has nurtured unique relationships with a broad customer base, and has contributed significantly to national Cyber requirements. Equally important, AIS, Inc. has built strong collaborations with other defense contractors and more than a dozen highly regarded universities.
As a growing small business, AIS, Inc. continues to build our team and management processes around technical leadership, responsiveness, and agility.
